This Privacy Policy applies to the CashCash Chrome Extension and Telegram Bot (collectively, “CashCash Services”). We are committed to respecting your privacy and protecting your data. By using our Services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. What Data We Collect
We follow a data-minimization principle. We only collect what’s strictly necessary for the core functionality:
Data We May Process:
Wallet Addresses – Required for transaction creation, balance display, and activity logs. Stored locally on your device.
Transaction Details – Includes token addresses, amounts, gas fees, and signatures. These are inherently public via the blockchain.
Interaction Logs (Telegram only) – Commands and basic usage patterns may be temporarily logged to improve responsiveness.
Optional Diagnostic Logs – Anonymous crash reports and usage data (only if you explicitly enable it).
🔒 We do NOT collect your name, email, phone number, physical address, or identity documents. No KYC is required.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use your data only to provide and improve our core services:
Generate and broadcast blockchain transactions at your request
Display your balances and history
Prevent phishing or malicious dApp interactions
Improve stability via anonymous diagnostics (if enabled)
3. Data Sharing
We never sell your data or use it for third-party ads. Your data may be shared only with:
Public Blockchains – All transactions are visible on-chain.
CashCash Infrastructure – Some metadata (never private keys) may be routed via our secure servers to enable fast execution or MEV protection.
Legal Authorities – If legally required, and only within scope.
4. Data Security
Local Encryption – Your private keys and sensitive data are encrypted on-device using AES-256.
Secure Transmission – All communications use TLS 1.2+.
Minimal Permissions – Both the extension and bot follow strict least-privilege principles. No remote code is executed.
5. Your Rights
You are in control. At any time, you can:
Clear Local Data – Remove the extension or delete local cache within Telegram.
Disable Analytics – Turn off anonymous usage data in settings.
6. Age Restriction
CashCash is intended for users aged 16 or older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
7. Third-Party Links
We may link to third-party platforms (e.g., trading platforms or blockchain explorers). These are not covered by our Privacy Policy. Please review their policies before using their services.
8. Cross-Border Transfers (EU Users)
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), we process any cross-border data in compliance with the GDPR, using Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
9. Updates to This Policy
We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be announced via the bot or extension interface. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
